Prepayment before delivery

Any delay in the release
of documents incurred due to late payment is the responsibility
of the customer. |

| 4. a) |
Orders will be shipped within
30 days after the order has been confirmed or Letter of Credit
received. |

b)
|
All shipment departs from
China through the ports of Xingang or Shanghai.
Air-freight is also possible. |

|
Both are, in any case, at
the customer’s cost. |
|
c)
|
The customer is entitled
to use our company forwarding agency in China
or his own address, providing that the latter has an office
in China to enable us to get into contact. |

d)

All packaging uses »Standard
Export Packing« |
|
Should the customer have
any special wish concerning packing, this may well incurr
an added charge. |

Claims |
| 5. |
All claims made by the customer
resulting from defects, |
|
breakages, errors, shortages
or any other damages to the instruments must be
made within 30 days of the arrival of the order.
Otherwise the claim will be considered irrevocable we
assume that the merchandise is inspected upon arrival. Damages
incurred through shipment should be reported immediately
to the shipping agency and our company. |
